Description

Construction:
- Inner Tube; Polyester elastomer.
- Reinforcement; One or two braids of aramid fibre. - Outer Cover; Polyurethane, pinpricked - Orange.
Specifications: Meets or exceeds SAE100R8, EN855, ISO3949. Hoses also meets standards SAEJ517, J343 and EN855 for non conductivity where maximum electrical leakage shall not exceed 50uA when a 152mm sample is subject to 37.5 KV for 5 minutes equivalent to 250KV/meter. Applications: High pressure hose suitable for use with petroleum synthetic or water based hydraulic fluids used in hydraulic applications requiring electrical high insulation or non-conductivity in high tension environment e.g. near electrical power lines Vacuum Rating: 0.93Bar, 700mm Hg (-13.5psi: 27.5 inch Hg).
Temperature Rating: -40˚C to +100˚C Temp. not to exceed +70°C for Air and Water based fluids.
Couplings: J Series (flat crimp).
